What to Expect…

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. Our Qigong sessions invite participants to slow down, reconnect with body & breath, and bring the mind home—through guided movements, restorative space, and time to simply be.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid. Our sessions are suitable for complete beginners.

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll enjoy the social aspect of meeting friendly like-minded individuals of all ages. Participants enjoy the positive group vibe!

❋ Collaborative Energy

Led by Simon, a Qigong Instructor with 20+ years of teaching experience across different sectors. Simon has been delivering Qigong to various community groups since 2019.

❋ Experienced Facilitation

Our session structure does not vary too much from week-to-week. There a consistent approach. We explore different Qigong forms whilst adhering to a familiar session routine.

❋ A Familiar Routine

Our Qigong sessions prioritise comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are & fully engage in the process. Having a bad day? There’s never any pressure to perform.

❋ A Supportive Space

Qigong sessions are open to both neurotypical and the neurodivergent members of our community. Reasonable adjustments ensure all can participate.

❋ Diversity Friendly
