A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. Our Qigong sessions invite participants to slow down, reconnect with body & breath, and bring the mind home—through guided movements, restorative space, and time to simply be.

Led by Simon, a Qigong Instructor with 20+ years of teaching experience across different sectors. Simon has been delivering Qigong to various community groups since 2019.

Your Membership Questions, Answered

  • A monthly subscription gives participants access to weekly sessions at their chosen location. Qigong with Simon encourages members to subscribe to a monthly membership. It supports the Social Enterprise (ensures overheads are covered) and removes the stress / hassle of having to worry about paying via contactless / card at the session.

    Families and couples benefit even more from Subscribing due to the heavily discounted duo / group rates.

  • Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime. If you want to start bringing along a partner or family member you can save with a Duo or Family membership.

  • Qigong with Simon no longer accepts cash donations.

    Card Payments can be made on the day though via contactless / chip & pin.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. No questions are ever asked. Some members drop-out of Qigong for a while and often return at a time when life / circumstances permit.

    Members retain access to sessions through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • If you are interested in attending one of the Qigong sessions then contact Simon via the website form or through the email provided. A free taster will be arranged. You are welcome to just drop-in, but sessions are busy so it’s best to let Simon know in advance.
